What a view! This spacious 7th floor unit with lift access is situated directly across a quiet street from the calm, picturesque waters of Golden Beach. The panoramic views stretch across the Pumicestone Passage to Bulcock Beach, encompassing Bribie Island and the shipping lanes beyond. The views can be enjoyed from the large front balcony and living areas of the unit.

There is plenty of room to accommodate your family of 6 in the 3 bedrooms, with modern, comfortable furnishings, 3 Tv's, 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies, the main looking over the water, as well as the balcony in the main bedroom and the rear balcony off 3rd bed overlooking the pool area towards the Glasshouse Mountains. There is also a dishwasher and 2 car spaces with 2 metre clearance. There is room for a 4WD and another standard sized car or boat (no larger than a Dinghy). Please note that if your boat has a canopy, it will not fit* The complex features good security, key operated lift and landscaped grounds with seating around the heated pool and shared BBQ area.

There are ceiling fans throughout and security screens on the lounge and bedroom windows.

The Golden Beach Village shops are only 50 metres away and the main street of Caloundra, Bulcock Beach and Kings Beach are only a few minutes drive away.
