This well presented 2 bedroom unit is perfectly situated opposite Bulcock Beach and Happy Valley Park in the Wollombi complex. Leave the car in the lock up garage and stroll to your choice of restaurants, shops and cafes in the CBD, or take a scenic stroll along the recently upgraded Boardwalk from Bulcock Beach through Happy Valley Park with its children's playground, shady picnic areas, BBQ's and open grassy areas and on to the patrolled surf at Kings Beach.

This 2nd floor unit has been renovated, and has excellent views over the ocean, Bribie Island and Pumicestone Passage. It sleeps 4 people in a queen and double bed and features air conditioning, microwave, dishwasher, large balcony and full size shower (no bath). There are ceiling fans in the bedrooms and a high-quality pedestal fan in the lounge.
