UNIT 104 GRAND PACIFIC

• Please note that from the 15th of April 2024 until the end of November 2024 the complex pool and BBQ area will be getting renovated. We do expect noise periodically and the pool and BBQ area will not be able to be used during this time. We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused.

The unit has 2 bedrooms and is located on the 7th floor with lift access, and offers amazing views of the Pumicestone Passage, shipping lanes, and Bribie Island, and also overlooks the heated lagoon style pool. The unit includes ducted air-conditioning, a good sized balcony, full kitchen & laundry facilites and comfortable furnishings. The bedding configuration is a Queen and 2 Single beds.
At the centre of the resort is the heated resort style pool and 2 spas, as well as other facilities including a gym, games room for the kids and a sauna to melt the stress away and get you in holiday mode. Leave the car in the security car park, as you can walk to everything.

• Please note that the spa component in the bath tub no longer works.
• Please note that this property sleeps a maximum of 4 people. Exceptions can be made for an additional child, but please check with us first. As a strict requirement under Body Corporate Law, please do not exceed this amount of persons at the property (including visitors and in common areas) without prior consent
• Prices vary according to the season and your length of stay. Please put in your proposed dates and the website will instantly give you the tariff.
• Please also note that linen is not provided in this property. You will need to bring your sheets and pillow cases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Alternately if you would like to hire the linen, we can arrange this for you. The cost for linen hire for all beds in this property would be $99 p.w., or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual price review by the linen hire company).
