Seasons and Dates
In general, our low, or off-season, is all times between the Queensland State School’s holidays.
All our properties will show what prices are for which season.
Short stays are available, however bookings of less than 4 nights cannot be made more than one month ahead.

June School holidays:
23/06/2012 to 07/07/2012
September holidays:
22/09/2012 to 06/10/2012
Christmas Shoulder:
15/12/2012 to 22/12/2012
19/01/2013 to 26/01/2013
Christmas Main:
22/12/2012 to 19/01/2013
Easter Main period:
05/04/2012 to 10/04/2012
Easter School holidays:
31/03/2012 to 16/04/2012
Anytime out of these periods is considered low season apart from Schoolies week - refer below.
Gazetted long weekends also incur a surcharge of $50.
Schoolies Week Schoolies are welcome from 16 - 23/11/12 or 23/11 to 30/11/12 at the listed Christmas shoulder rate + a security deposit of $500.
Christmas, June and September school holiday bookings are normally Saturday to Saturday.
