UNIT 10 OCEANIC APARTMENTS

• Please note that Oceanic's complex roof will be getting replaced from Monday the 5th of February 2024 and will take up to 12 weeks weather depending. There will be quite a lot of noise and disturbance during these works including vibrating through the complex. During this time cranes and other equipment will be on site which may limit access to garages at times. We apologise for any inconvenience.

Unit 10 in Oceanic is located just 150m to the patrolled area of Kings Beach and a choice of dining options. The town centre is also only a short walk away. This unit is very centrally located so you can lock the car away and walk just about everywhere!

Unit 10 boasts views over Kings Beach which also emcompass the shipping lanes and even out towards the tip of Bribie Island and the Glass House Mountains. This is the perfect place to unwind out on your balcony, or enjoy the gorgeous views directly from your living area.

Unit 10 is located on the 4th floor with lift access. There are 2 bedrooms, sleeping 5 people in a Queen bed, bunk bed and a single bed. There is one bathroom with a shower (please note the bath shown in the photo has been removed, it is just a shower now) and separate toilet. (New pics coming soon)

The unit comes with a dishwasher, microwave, DVD, stereo, washing machine and dryer.Ceiling fan also in the main bedroom with pedestal fans in the lounge and 2nd bedroom. There is a lock up garage for your car and there is a shared pool in the complex.
