Caloundra Holiday Centre has been assisting holidaymakers find their perfect Sunshine Coast getaway for over 25 years.

Caloundra Holiday Centre is owned and operated by Sunny Coast Holidays Pty Ltd atf the Harris Family Trust  ABN 56 079 459 127.

Our office is easy to find, as it's in the perfect, central main street position, being directly opposite the Caloundra Tourist Information office, at 78 Bulcock Street, Caloundra.  Metered parking is available directly out the front of our office, or free Council parking is just a short walk.  Caloundra's main bus interchange is under 400 metres away.

Whilst this company was only established in 2009, the business has been running for over 25 years.  The principal, Tracey Harris, was a staff member of Caloundra Holiday Centre all of that time, since 1986.  The business of Caloundra Holiday Centre was previously a holiday rentals division of Main Street Realty, which was a well-known and highly respected real estate agency in Caloundra that also managed a large portfolio of permanent rentals from the office.  With strong growth the two divisions soon needed more room and the permanent rentals were moved to the office next door, which is now a Stockdale and Leggo Real Estate office.

Caloundra Holiday Centre can now concentrate on providing holiday makers with excellent service and a great holiday, and their landlords can expect the unique attention that they deserve, and be happy in the knowledge that they're not treated as secondary to a permanent rental rentroll.
