In general our low or off-season is all times between the Queensland State School’s holidays.
All our properties will show what prices are for which season.
Short stays are available, however bookings of less than 4 nights cannot be made more than one month ahead.

Christmas Main:
20/12/2010 to 17/01/2011
Anytime out of these periods is considered low season.
Gazetted long weekends also incur a surcharge of $50.
Schoolies Week 20 - 27/11/10 also incurs a surcharge of $100 per person + a security deposit of $100 per person.
